On October 28, 2010, TerraHawk, LLC brought the M.U.S.T. vehicle to our new hospital ground-breaking event which gave us the opportunity to "show it off" to our senior management to get them on board with the purchase. We received nothing but rave reviews after showing them the functionality and of course, taking them for a ride in the capsule. We had looked at "similar" type competitors but found that the TerraHawk M.U.S.T. vehicle was by far the best choice for our hospital campus environment.
We purchased our M.U.S.T. vehicle on December 28, 2010. Since our purchase the vehicle has been used in deterring crime in our parking lots. Our Burglary of Motor Vehicles is down and the "Good PR" that the vehicles high visibility has given is worth its weight in gold. Some of the features that drew us to the purchase of the TerraHawk M.U.S.T. vehicle were its "one man" rapid deployment capability and the fact it is a completely self sufficient unit.
During the purchase the business staff was extremely helpful and understanding to the "red tape" problems we faced. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and readily available at all hour, day or night.

We have recently purchased a TerraHawk M.U.S.T. (Mobile Utility Surveillance Tower). This surveillance vehicle has recently been used during an emergency situation by Falcon Lake as well as during several surveillance operations in the same area with great success. Some of the features that stand out with this surveillance vehicle are the rapid deployment and the climate controlled capsule which easily accommodates two officers. During the times that we have deployed this surveillance vehicle, we have utilized TerraHawk technicians a few times for operational purposes and have found them to be courteous and available day or night. All in all, the TerraHawk M.u.S.T. has met all of our expectations and would recommend other agencies in purchasing one or more.

The Norfolk Police Department purchased a Terra Hawk Platform Lift in July from Terra Hawk. The vehicle was delivered on time and has functioned
perfectly since we have received it. The truck and lift are made of quality
materials and we are totally satisfied with the product. Mr. Spence provided
training to my staff, and thoroughly covered all material. The customer service
that has provided has been outstanding and he has also been
available any time to answer questions. I would recommend this product and the
outstanding customer service to anyone looking for this type of vehicle, and I
